With the Infinite Grace of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba and under the Divine Leadership of Satchidananda Guru Sri Naveen Sai, the Sri Sathya Sai Shakthi Dayini Charitable Trust is a registered trust based in Coimbatore.
Guided by eleven women trustees, our decentralized movement empowers rural women by bringing specialized production units directly to their villages. We eliminate employment barriers through local training and sustainable jobs, fostering true self-dependence.

Smt. Anuradha Chandrashekar
TrusteeSmt. Anuradha Chandrashekar started her career as a teacher and then served in a Bank for more than two decades in Mumbai.
Prompted by the inner call of the divine, she has been an active volunteer in Sai projects engaged in Value education in schools, Village seva, Medical camps and Special Service activities in schools for tribal children in and around Mumbai.
She also has been a counsellor during regular visits to Primary health centres relating to Mother and Child Care activities of Wellness Centre of the Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani hospital Kharghar Navi Mumbai.
Presently she has joined the Sai Mission in Coimbatore engaging in various Seva activities.
Shrimathi Vaishali Naveen Sai
TrusteeShrimathi Vaishali Naveen Sai hails from a Baduga family of Hubbathalai Village in The Nilgiris and is presently based in Coimbatore. She holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from KGISL IIM, Coimbatore, affiliated with Bharathiar University, and has also pursued professional courses in Oracle.
With a strong educational background, she chose to dedicate herself to her family and home, while continuing to nurture her interest in organisation, learning and purposeful service. Being closely associated with her husband and revered Guru, Satchidananda Guru Sri Naveen Sai, fondly called “Swami,” she has found a deeper purpose through spiritual and humanitarian service.
Since 2025, she has been serving as a Trustee of Sri Sathya Sai Shakthi Dayini Charitable Trust, contributing to initiatives dedicated to women empowerment and social upliftment. She takes an active interest in identifying women from rural communities and helping create suitable employment opportunities that enable them to become financially independent and lead their families with greater confidence and dignity.
She also supports the planning, coordination and administration of various Trust activities, bringing together her educational skills, organisational abilities and compassionate approach to service.
Smt. R. Sangeetha
Founder TrusteeSmt. R. Sangeetha hails from a Badaga family of Coonoor, The Nilgiris, and holds a B.Com. degree from Bharathiar University. After a brief professional career as an Accountant, she devoted herself to family and subsequently embarked on a journey of spiritual and humanitarian service inspired by the teachings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba and the guidance of her revered Mentor and Guru, Satchidananda Guru Shri. Naveen Sai, fondly called “Swami”.
Since 2020, she has been actively associated with Sri Sathya Sai Maruti Seva Charitable Trust, Periya Hubbathalai, and, upon moving to Coimbatore, continued her service through Sri Sai Saakshatkaram Charitable Trust. She was subsequently blessed and inducted as a Founder Trustee of Sri Sathya Sai Shakti Dayini Charitable Trust, established under her Guru’s guidance with a special focus on women empowerment and social upliftment.
As a Trustee, she contributes to the governance and stewardship of charitable and spiritual initiatives, humanitarian service, community welfare, and devotional, cultural and educational programmes.
